The Academy of Total Power Exchange is a training program and registry for adults in consensual Total Power Exchange relationships. By applying you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose. Read them.
1. Adults only
Every member must be at least 18 years old. You may not create an account for anyone else, and no profile, name, photograph, rule or story on the Academy may depict or describe a minor. Adult age-roleplay is permitted only as a dynamic between adults; it never involves, depicts or sexualizes actual children. Breaking this rule ends your membership and the record is kept.
2. What “ownership” means here
The Academy uses the language of Total Power Exchange without apology: slave, Owner, Master, Mistress, ownership, surrender. Those words describe a relationship that two or more adults have chosen and continue to choose. They do not describe a legal status.
No covenant, certificate or registry entry issued here transfers legal ownership of a person, alters anyone's legal personhood, or waives a right that the law does not allow to be waived. Consent given in a covenant can be withdrawn. The Academy's own materials teach how to suspend or end a dynamic, and nothing in your rulebook or covenant can remove your ability to do so.
3. The Academy is not a party to your relationship
We provide the curriculum, the tools and the record. We don't supervise relationships, verify what happens in them, or arbitrate between members. Training here is not medical, psychological or legal advice. Anything with physical risk, confinement above all, is your responsibility and your Owner's, and the safety requirements in the curriculum are minimums, not guarantees.
4. Your conduct
Don't impersonate anyone, don't name or expose people who haven't agreed to it, and don't use the Registry to harass, locate or out another member. Owners may only connect to a slave's record by invitation, and only see what the slave grants.
5. Records and credentials
Certificates remain the property of the Academy's record. We may revoke a credential issued in error or obtained by misrepresentation; the verification page will say so. Your registry number is permanent and is never reissued to anyone else.
6. Leaving
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. The privacy policy explains exactly what remains afterwards.
